Mail2Telegram VIP is a lightweight tool that sends Telegram notifications for important incoming Gmail messages only — from pre-selected senders. It helps secretaries and managers stay updated in real time, without opening Gmail repeatedly.

How it works
- Install the app locally on the organization’s computer.
- Connect Gmail using official Google OAuth authorization (no passwords).
- Select important sender email addresses (unlimited list).
- When a new email arrives from a selected sender, a short Telegram alert is sent.
What is sent to Telegram?
Minimal metadata only:
- Sender email address (From)
- Email subject line (Subject)
- Date and time received
What is NOT accessed?
- The full email body content
- Attachments
- Drafts or sent emails
- Passwords
Privacy & Security
